Vintage Papier-Mâché Giraffe / Safari Head Wall Decor

Selling a highly unique, lightweight papier-mâché giraffe/safari animal head wall hanging. This is a fantastic statement piece with a lot of character and potential for a creative home, nursery, or eclectic gallery wall! A family member originally gifted this to me over twenty years ago, and it was initially hand-painted to look very lifelike. Over the years, I have personally updated it for different spaces: first, I painted it a soft pink to match my daughter’s nursery, and later, I repainted it a solid, textured dark bronze/brown to fit a different decor style. It is a bit too quirky for my current taste, but it is a wonderful, structurally solid piece in great shape! From ear to ear: approximately 7 From wall to top of nose: 4: 3/4 From top of antlers to bottom of face: 4 1/2 No crushed spots, cracks, or damage to the papier-mâché. Perfect as-is for a safari, modern jungle, or eclectic look, but it is also a great blank canvas if you want to repaint it with classic giraffe spots or bright colors. Lightweight papier-mâché / paper pulp (very easy to hang safely on a single nail).
